All of our staff members are highly qualified and experienced.  We try to accomodate requests for a specific clinician.

While it is best to call in advance, we may be able to accomodate same day or next day appointments.

It takes about 2 weeks for glasses to come in.  We call patients when their glasses arrive.

We accept Medicaid and Medicare.  We also accept Child and Family Health Plus and private insurance.  However, we can only dispense glasses to Medicaid patients.

Yes, many of our family health care services are open to all members of the community. More information is on our services page.

At CP of the North Country, our services are divided up into three categories- CP Family Health Care Services, Family Services, and Community Living Services and Opportunities. For any health care services (ex. Dental, Primary Care), please call the CP Family Care Center serving the county you live in- St. Lawrence, Jefferson, Clinton & Essex, and Franklin to make an appointment.
